The fleet app for Australian transport operators
Who drove which truck, when and from where. What each truck is costing you. What is about to expire. One app, on your drivers' own phones, with nothing to install.
Built by Aardiv Solutions, a working Sydney transport operator, for the paperwork we were losing track of ourselves.
How it works
No hardware to fit, no telematics contract, nothing for your drivers to download.
Rego and expiry, NHVR inspection due, service interval. Ten minutes for a small fleet, and we will do it with you on the phone.
Their mobile number and a four-digit PIN. A seven-point pre-trip check, then odometer and location at both ends of the shift.
Hours per driver and costs per truck, whenever you want them, plus a daily email before any rego, inspection or licence lapses.
What it does
The three things a small operator keeps losing track of: where the drivers were, where the money went, and what is about to expire.
Pricing
An asset is a truck or a trailer, and the price is per asset either way. A five-truck, five-trailer operator pays $100 a month on Basic, once the free period ends.
Everything in Basic, and:
Premium is not built yet. Start on Basic, and tell us you want it — we will build it around your fleet and move you across when it lands.
Questions
No. They open a link, and sign in with their own mobile number and a four-digit PIN. It works on any phone, and there is nothing to teach.
Basic becomes $10 per asset per month. There is no lock-in and no exit fee, so if it is not earning its keep you simply stop.
Yes. Each business gets its own address and its own database. No operator can see another's trucks, drivers or costs.
Your site is live the same day. Loading a small fleet takes about ten minutes, and we will sit on the phone and do it with you.
No. Fleezo records where and when each shift started and finished, from the driver's phone. It is not a telematics tracker, so there is no hardware to fit and nothing watching your drivers all day.
Yes. It is your data, and we will export it for you on request, in full, at no charge.
Yes. Shifts, costs, rego, servicing and licence reminders work wherever your trucks are registered. Inspection reminders follow the New South Wales inspection cycle, so for a vehicle registered in another state, go by that state's own inspection rules.
Location is recorded only when a shift starts and when it finishes, never in between. Before your site goes live we ask you to confirm you have told your drivers what is recorded, as workplace surveillance law requires.
Get started
Tell us roughly how many trucks you run and we will set your site up and load your first few assets with you. If it is not for you, nothing happens and it costs nothing.
