Rego reminders for trucks and trailers

Fleezo emails you before registration, inspections, servicing or a driver's licence runs out — so the first you hear of an expiry isn't a roadside intercept.

$10 per truck or trailer a month after the free period. No setup fee, no lock-in.

The real cost isn't the fine

Registration and compulsory third party insurance go together. A truck whose rego has lapsed isn't just carrying a fine risk — it's uninsured, and that's the part that turns a forgotten date into a business-ending one. Meanwhile the expiry dates themselves sit in a glovebox, a spreadsheet and somebody's memory.

Fleezo holds those dates in one place and tells you before they matter.

What it watches

RegistrationEvery truck and trailer, by rego number and expiry date.
InspectionsHeavy vehicle inspection due dates. The cycle follows New South Wales — see the note below if you run interstate.
ServicingTrucks by kilometres, trailers by date, because that's how they actually fall due.
Driver licencesLicence, MSIC and dangerous goods, with their expiry dates.

What you actually see

Everything carries a colour, and the colour means one thing only:

OVERDUE DUE SOON OK

Open the app and the fleet is sorted worst-first. You don't go looking for problems; they're at the top.

A morning email, to whoever runs the office
Truck 02 · NHVR inspection · OVERDUE
REGO20 · registration · 11 days
Truck 01 · service · 4,200 km
Dave M. · licence · OK

One email a day, naming what's close and what's passed. If nothing is due, nothing is pretending to be urgent.

What it isn't

Setting it up takes about ten minutes

Add each truck and trailer with its rego, expiry, inspection due date and service interval. That's the whole setup, and we'll do it with you on the phone if you'd rather. From then on the dates look after themselves — when a service is logged or an inspection recorded, the next one rolls forward automatically.

If you run interstate

Registration, servicing and licence reminders work wherever your vehicles are registered. Inspection reminders follow the New South Wales cycle, so for a truck registered in another state or territory, go by that state's own inspection requirements. We ask which states your vehicles are registered in when you sign up, so we both know where that applies.

Questions

How far ahead does it warn me?

A truck or trailer shows as due soon a month out, and the daily email names it from then on. Anything already expired is listed first, in red.

Who gets the email?

One address of your choosing, usually whoever runs the office. Change it whenever you like.

Do my drivers need to install anything?

No. They open a link and sign in with their mobile number and a four-digit PIN. See driver shifts for what they do from there.

Where is my data kept?

In Australia, on servers in Sydney, with a separate database for every operator. Our privacy policy spells out the detail.

What does it cost?

$10 per asset per month — an asset is a truck or a trailer. First three months free, no setup fee, no cost to leave.

Three months free.

Tell us roughly how many trucks you run and we'll set your site up and load your first few assets with you.
