Fleezo → Truck maintenance costs
Costs
What each truck costs to keep on the road
Every repair, service, tyre and roadside call logged against the truck that needed it — with the supplier, what you've paid and what's still owing.
$10 per truck or trailer a month after the free period.
Most operators know what a truck earns
Fewer can say what it costs. The invoices arrive across months, from different workshops, some paid on the spot and some left on account. By the time you want to know whether the old truck is worth keeping, the answer is spread across a shoebox, a bank statement and a memory.
Fleezo puts each job against the truck it belongs to, as it happens.
What goes in
- ✓Parts and labour, including a Parts & Labour line for a part the mechanic supplied and fitted on the same invoice.
- ✓Tyres, roadside assistance and scheduled servicing, each as its own category.
- ✓The supplier on every job, so you can see what a workshop has cost you over a year.
- ✓The odometer at the time of the work, which is what makes servicing fall due on real distance.
Record a part payment and the job keeps showing the balance. The top of the screen totals both the spend and the outstanding amount across the fleet, so an unpaid invoice from two months ago doesn't quietly disappear until the workshop rings.
Servicing looks after itself
When you log a scheduled service against a truck, Fleezo rolls that truck's last-service reading forward. The next service then falls due on kilometres actually travelled — the readings come from your drivers' own shift entries — rather than a date someone guessed at. Trailers are date-based, and the reminders page covers how both appear.
What it doesn't do yet
- ✕Fuel, rego, insurance and tolls. Works covers repairs, servicing, tyres and roadside today. Recording those running costs is planned — ask us where it's up to if it matters to you.
- ✕Cost per kilometre. That's the Premium plan, and it isn't built. Everything it needs is being captured now, so when it lands it will cover the history you've already recorded rather than starting from zero.
- ✕Accounting. Fleezo is not a bookkeeping system and doesn't talk to one. It answers "what has this truck cost me", not "what do I owe the tax office".
Questions
Can I see spend for one truck only?
Yes. Filter by asset, by status or by supplier, and the totals at the top follow the filter.
What if the same mechanic supplies the part and fits it?
Record it as a single Parts & Labour line. That exists precisely because splitting one invoice into two guesses was making the numbers worse.
Can my drivers see what things cost?
No. Costs and reports are admin-only. A driver sees only their own shift screen.
Can I get the data out?
Yes. Reports export, and if you ever leave we'll export everything for you in full, at no charge.
Where is my data kept?
In Australia, on servers in Sydney, with a separate database for every operator. See our privacy policy.
Three months free.
We'll set your site up and load your trucks with you, on the phone. About ten minutes.
